Position: Distribution Manager
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the resort’s presence across all online distribution channels
- Maintain rate parity and content accuracy across OTAs and the brand website
- Analyze channel performance and implement strategies to drive direct bookings
- Collaborate with the revenue team to manage room availability and pricing
- Monitor market trends and competitor distribution strategies
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in hotel distribution or e-commerce management
- Strong knowledge of channel managers and OTA platforms
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data driven decisions
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic resort environment
- Detail-oriented and proactive in system maintenance
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
