Position: Asst. Sales Manager – JSO
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop key accounts in the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO) region.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales role within a luxury hotel environment.
- Strong network and knowledge of the Jakarta market.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in English both spoken and written.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
