Position: Sales Event Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate logistics for corporate events, meetings, and banquets
- Act as a key contact for event organizers from inquiry to execution
- Prepare detailed banquet event orders (BEOs) and communicate with relevant departments
- Provide on-site support during events to ensure guest satisfaction
- Assist the Sales team in securing event bookings and revenue growth
Qualifications:
- Experience in event coordination or sales administration within hospitality
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on event accuracy
- Proficiency in event management software is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
