Position: Reservation Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Manage all guest inquiries and bookings for the beach club and restaurant
- Provide professional and personalized service to guests during the booking process
- Maintain accurate records of all reservations in the management system
- Collaborate with the events team to secure group bookings and revenue
- Monitor reservation trends and prepare daily reports for management
Qualifications:
- Experience in hotel or beach club reservations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in reservation software and Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and sales orientation
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
