Position: Assistant Marketing Communication Director
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in formulating and implementing the hotel’s marketing vision.
- Lead and manage the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Develop strategic partnerships and collaborations to enhance brand positioning.
- Manage the marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
- Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field.
- Extensive experience in marketing communications within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of successful leadership and campaign management.
- Strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills.
- Superior communication and interpersonal abilities.
