Position: EBC Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Event Booking Center (EBC) team to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue for Aloft Surabaya.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to capture new business opportunities in the Surabaya market.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, and event planners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Mentor and train the sales team to enhance their negotiation and closing skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within an Event Booking Center or hotel sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the Surabaya hospitality market and sales dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in using hotel sales software and Microsoft Office.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Target-oriented mindset with a drive for results.
