Position: E-Commerce (Manager/Executive)
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role or position
- Relevant educational background for E-Commerce
- Well-groomed and good personality
- Confidence, highly motivated and passionately work
- Familiar with VHP system is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills for online distribution and revenue management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the hotel’s presence across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs)
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to adjust digital sales strategies
- Maintain and update content, rates, and availability on the hotel website
- Analyze e-commerce performance data to maximize online revenue and conversion
- Coordinate with the marketing team on digital advertising and promotional campaigns
