Position: Sales Manager
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in hotel sales, preferably within the luxury market in Jakarta
- Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong network within the corporate, MICE, or government segments
- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
- Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and managing a dedicated sales portfolio
- Conduct proactive sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment
- Prepare and present professional sales proposals and contracts
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
- Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to optimize occupancy and ADR
