Position: Sales Manager

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in hotel sales, preferably within the luxury market in Jakarta
  • Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong network within the corporate, MICE, or government segments
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor market trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent written and spoken English proficiency
  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management

Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by acquiring new accounts and managing a dedicated sales portfolio
  • Conduct proactive sales calls, site inspections, and client entertainment
  • Prepare and present professional sales proposals and contracts
  • Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions
  • Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to optimize occupancy and ADR
