Position: Cluster Director of Sales
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in a Director or Cluster Commercial leadership role
- Proven track record in driving commercial performance and resort sales
- Experience managing cluster sales across different resort markets
- Solid background in offline sales segments and expertise in online channels
- Capability to lead and develop multi-location teams, including Jakarta Sales Office
- Strong commercial planning skills and knowledge of domestic/international markets
- Strategic yet hands-on leader with strong communication and stakeholder skills
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and spoken
