Position: Marketing Communications Manager
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for media relations, social media strategy, and campaign execution across leisure and MICE segments.
- Plan and execute media placements through press releases, story pitching, and media engagement.
- Develop and implement a strong social media strategy to increase engagement and grow followers.
- Create and manage content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and resort initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, E-commerce, Revenue, and Operations teams to support commercial objectives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a 5-star international hotel or luxury brand.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong understanding of hotel branding, digital marketing, and social media management.
- Proficient in social media platforms, CMS, basic design tools, and digital analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
