Position: Sales Manager – JSO
Responsibilities:
- Maximize hotel revenue for the Jakarta Sales Office (JSO) segment
- Identify and secure new corporate and social business leads from the Jakarta market
- Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Develop strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and annual budgets
- Collaborate with the Bandung team to ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded
Qualifications:
- Experience in Sales Manager positions, particularly JSO experience, is an advantage
- Self-motivated with a strong initiative and professional drive
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work within a team
- Positive attitude with a strong spirit of conquest
- Proven track record in hospitality sales and revenue generation
- Strong networking capabilities within the Jakarta corporate and social sectors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
