Qualifications:

• Food & Beverage Diploma or certification in Mixology or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in luxury hotels or premium restaurants
• Professional background in mixology is preferred
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
• Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations; wine knowledge is a bonus
• Ability to deliver world-class service in a luxury hospitality environment
• Energetic, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences
