Position: Executive Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire pastry and bakery department, including the boutique and à la carte operations.
- Develop and create innovative, artistic, and high quality pastry and bakery products.
- Design and execute showpiece displays for events, presentations, and afternoon tea.
- Ensure all culinary standards are met and maintain a strong application of HACCP standards.
- Train, mentor, and lead the pastry team with a positive and professional attitude.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel background.
- Diploma in Culinary Arts or Pastry is preferable.
- Ability to create innovative, artistic, and high quality pastry and bakery products.
- Skilled in designing and executing showpiece displays for events and presentation.
- Strong knowledge and application of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
- Knowledge in Pastry, Bakery, Boutique and Ala carte.
- A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and professional attitude.
- Experience in Asia.
