Position: Executive Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire pastry and bakery department, including the boutique and à la carte operations.
• Develop and create innovative, artistic, and high quality pastry and bakery products.
• Design and execute showpiece displays for events, presentations, and afternoon tea.
• Ensure all culinary standards are met and maintain a strong application of HACCP standards.
• Train, mentor, and lead the pastry team with a positive and professional attitude.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel background.
• Diploma in Culinary Arts or Pastry is preferable.
• Ability to create innovative, artistic, and high quality pastry and bakery products.
• Skilled in designing and executing showpiece displays for events and presentation.
• Strong knowledge and application of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
• Knowledge in Pastry, Bakery, Boutique and Ala carte.
• A collaborative team player with a positive mindset and professional attitude.
• Experience in Asia.
