Position: Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure food quality meets 5 star luxury standards
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning and food cost management
- Supervise and train the culinary team to ensure consistency and excellence in preparation
- Manage inventory ordering and storage of kitchen supplies
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety regulations within the kitchen
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in the same position preferably in a luxury hotel
- Preferably residing in Bali
- High self confidence and ability to work in a team
- Strong leadership skills and responsible discipline
- Young and dynamic person with an outgoing personality
- Experience in using VHP system is a plus point
