Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market share growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients corporate partners and travel agents
- Identify new business opportunities and negotiate contracts to achieve sales targets
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adjust sales plans accordingly
- Lead and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and service delivery
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication skill both written and spoken
- Good managerial interpersonal motivational and leadership skill
- Team spirit and service minded attitude
- Strong negotiation and networking abilities
