Position: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue and occupancy targets
- Identify and secure new corporate and leisure accounts within the Semarang market
- Conduct regular sales calls, site inspections, and presentations to potential clients
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and analyze market trends to optimize pricing
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure all group and event requirements are met
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Assistant Sales Manager in a city hotel
- Strong networking skills with an established client base in Semarang and Central Java
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Results-driven mindset with a strong track record of meeting sales targets
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic sales team
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality Management
