Position: Sales Manager – JSO

Responsibilities:

  • Represent the resort in the Jakarta market to drive corporate and leisure bookings
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and networking
  • Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular client visits and presentations
  • Prepare sales reports and market analysis for the property management team
  • Collaborate with the on property sales team to manage group inquiries and bookings

Qualifications:

  • Based in Jakarta with extensive knowledge of the Jakarta corporate market
  • Experience in hotel sales, preferably in a regional or cluster sales office
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
  • Strong track record in achieving sales targets and business development
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
