Position: Sales Manager – JSO
Responsibilities:
- Represent the resort in the Jakarta market to drive corporate and leisure bookings
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive sales calls and networking
- Maintain and grow existing accounts through regular client visits and presentations
- Prepare sales reports and market analysis for the property management team
- Collaborate with the on property sales team to manage group inquiries and bookings
Qualifications:
- Based in Jakarta with extensive knowledge of the Jakarta corporate market
- Experience in hotel sales, preferably in a regional or cluster sales office
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills
- Strong track record in achieving sales targets and business development
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Degree in Marketing, Business, or Hospitality
