Position: Chef de Partie
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure food quality and consistency
- Assist in menu planning and development for the resort’s dining outlets
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and standards
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Manage section inventory and assist in cost control efforts
Qualifications:
- Experienced Chef de Partie with a strong culinary background in luxury hotels
- Expertise in various cuisines and high-end food presentation
- Leadership skills to manage a kitchen section effectively
- Creative approach to menu development and culinary innovation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Vocational training in culinary arts or related professional experience
- Commitment to food safety and sanitation excellence
