We are currently looking for creative souls to join this hoteljob.id vacancy for our upcoming opening in Bali.

Position: Chef de Partie

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific section of the kitchen and ensure food quality and consistency
  • Assist in menu planning and development for the resort’s dining outlets
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff in culinary techniques and standards
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Manage section inventory and assist in cost control efforts

Qualifications:

  • Experienced Chef de Partie with a strong culinary background in luxury hotels
  • Expertise in various cuisines and high-end food presentation
  • Leadership skills to manage a kitchen section effectively
  • Creative approach to menu development and culinary innovation
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Vocational training in culinary arts or related professional experience
  • Commitment to food safety and sanitation excellence
