Position: FB Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize F&B revenue from events and outlets
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients and event organizers
- Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to ensure successful event execution
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in F&B sales or event management in a luxury hotel
- Strong network of corporate and social clients
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Leadership capabilities to motivate the sales team
