Position: Restaurant Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Supervise restaurant operations ensuring high standards of service
- Train and develop restaurant staff on service etiquette and product knowledge
- Handle guest feedback and ensure guest satisfaction during dining
- Assist in scheduling and managing staff productivity
- Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of the restaurant area
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in the same position
- Preferably residing in Bali
- High sense of customer service oriented
- Excellent communication skills and outgoing personality
- Responsible and discipline with ability to work in a team
- Experience in using VHP system is a plus point
