Position: Garde Manger
Responsibilities:
- Manage the cold kitchen section including salads appetizers and cold cuts
- Ensure the artistic presentation of cold dishes and buffets
- Maintain proper temperature and storage of cold food items to ensure safety
- Coordinate with other kitchen sections to ensure timely food service
- Control food waste and costs within the cold kitchen department
Qualifications:
- Graduated from diploma or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position and strong leadership skill
- Strong leadership creative and familiar with FB Product costing and operation
- Pass on SILK OJK (BI Checking)
- Great communication skills good appearance and excellent attitude
