Position: Cook Helper (Casual)
Responsibilities:
- Support the kitchen team in basic food preparation and vegetable cutting
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Assist in washing and storing kitchen utensils and equipment
- Ensure ingredients are ready for service according to the chef’s instructions
- Assist in basic plating and garnishing of various international dishes
Qualifications:
- Basic interest in culinary arts and kitchen operations
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Reliable and willing to follow instructions accurately
- Good team player with a positive attitude
- Ability to work as a casual worker based on hotel operational needs
- Vocational training in culinary or previous kitchen experience is a plus
- Friendly and collaborative mindset within a diverse kitchen team
