Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all culinary operations to ensure top tier food quality and innovation
- Develop creative menus that align with brand standards and guest preferences
- Oversee kitchen budgets, food costs, and inventory management
- Train and mentor the kitchen brigade to maintain high performance and discipline
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and hygiene regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a 4 or 5 star hotel
- Strong leadership, organizational, and budget management skills
- Deep knowledge of diverse cuisines and artistic food presentation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Knowledge of HACCP and international food safety standards
- Creative mindset with a passion for culinary excellence
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
