Position: Pastry Chef

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the pastry and bakery section for the resort’s three restaurants and private beach dining
  • Create and develop innovative dessert menus, including Italian and local Balinese specialties
  • Manage food costing, inventory, and procurement of high-quality pastry ingredients
  • Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and sanitation are maintained in the kitchen
  • Lead and train the pastry team to deliver consistent, visually stunning creations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position in a 5-star resort
  • Strong leadership skills and creative culinary vision
  • Positive attitude, good personality, and self-motivated
  • Honest, enthusiastic, and excellent communication skills
  • Indonesian citizenship
