Position: Pastry Chef
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the pastry and bakery section for the resort’s three restaurants and private beach dining
- Create and develop innovative dessert menus, including Italian and local Balinese specialties
- Manage food costing, inventory, and procurement of high-quality pastry ingredients
- Ensure the highest standards of food hygiene and sanitation are maintained in the kitchen
- Lead and train the pastry team to deliver consistent, visually stunning creations
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position in a 5-star resort
- Strong leadership skills and creative culinary vision
- Positive attitude, good personality, and self-motivated
- Honest, enthusiastic, and excellent communication skills
- Indonesian citizenship
