Position: Demi CDP Pastry/ Bakery

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Pastry Chef in daily bakery and patisserie production for guest buffets and à la carte
  • Support the creation of artisanal breads and desserts for Italian and themed dining nights
  • Monitor stock levels and ensure ingredients are stored according to safety standards
  • Help supervise and train junior pastry staff during daily operations
  • Maintain a clean and organized work station following resort-wide sanitation protocols
  • Prepare high-quality baked goods for the poolside bar and coffee shop

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the same position or as a senior commis
  • Positive attitude, good personality, and eager to learn in a high-pressure kitchen
  • Honest, self-motivated, and enthusiastic about high-end pastry
  • Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
  • Indonesian citizenship
