Position: Executive Chef
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire culinary operation, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control
- Manage kitchen staff, providing leadership and training to maintain high culinary standards
- Ensure food costs are managed within budget while maintaining the quality of all food products
- Enforce strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols across all kitchen sections
- Collaborate with the F&B management team to develop creative menus and promotional offerings
Qualifications:
- Degree on any hospitality related course
- Experience in similar position at 4 star hotel
- Hospitality professional with minimum 1 year in a senior leadership role
- Fluent in English with great communication skills, both written and verbal
- Result oriented, hard worker, good attitude & personality
- Have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and excellent customer service skills
- Able to work under pressure and manage a large culinary team
