Position: Pastry Sous Chef
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily pastry and bakery operations ensuring consistent high-quality output
- Develop and refine recipes for chocolates, contemporary desserts, and artisanal breads
- Manage inventory, food costings, and procurement of premium pastry ingredients
- Train and mentor the pastry team in advanced techniques and presentation standards
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety protocols within the pastry kitchen
Qualifications:
- Indonesian citizenship
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar related role
- Strong knowledge of bakery, patisserie, chocolates, and contemporary desserts
- Creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about high-end pastry production
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Self-motivated with the ability to communicate effectively in English
