Position: Waitress
Responsibilities:
- Greet and escort guests to their tables with a warm and professional demeanor
- Present menus and provide detailed information when asked like ingredients or potential food allergies
- Take accurate food and drink orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and drink orders to guests efficiently and according to service standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in F&B service is preferred
- Communication Skill and ability to interact with guests professionally
- Team spirit and service minded with a positive attitude
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop through Accor’s training programs
