Position: F&B Team Leader – Dining Room
Responsibilities:

- Lead and supervise the service team during designated shifts [cite: 14]
- Ensure all guests receive attentive and high-quality service
- Assist in training new staff members on service procedures
- Monitor cleanliness and setup of the dining area
- Handle guest requests and resolve minor service issues promptly
Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Senior Waiter or Team Leader in an F&B outlet [cite: 14]
- Strong leadership skills and a positive attitude
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Good proficiency in English
- Vocational training or Diploma in Hospitality
