Position: Event Service Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events and meetings to ensure guest satisfaction
- Lead and supervise the event service team to maintain Hyatt’s luxury service standards
- Coordinate with the sales and culinary teams to meet specific client requirements for events
- Manage inventory and equipment related to banquet and event operations
- Monitor event financial performance and ensure efficient resource allocation
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in banquet or event service management within a five-star hotel
- Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to handle high-pressure event situations with a professional approach
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards in a banquet setting
- Attention to detail and a guest-focused mindset
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field
