Position: Assistant Restaurant Manager – Dining Room
Responsibilities:

- Assist in managing the Dining Room operations to deliver premium service [cite: 12]
- Supervise service staff and ensure adherence to SOPs
- Address guest concerns and ensure a memorable dining experience
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and staff training sessions
- Contribute to achieving outlet revenue and guest satisfaction goals
Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal and motivational skills
- Thorough knowledge of fine dining etiquette and service
- Ability to work under pressure and resolve conflicts effectively
- Good command of English, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in F&B POS systems
- Bachelor’s or Diploma degree in Hospitality Management
