Position: Chef de Partie Hot Kitchen
Responsibilities:
- Lead the hot kitchen section during shifts ensuring timely food preparation
- Supervise commis and demi chefs to ensure standard recipes are followed
- Monitor food quality and presentation before service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hot kitchen area
- Assist the Sous Chef in menu planning and food cost control
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
- Good command of English (both spoken and written)
- Have enough knowledge of relevant expertise in each area
- Good personality positive attitude and able to work in a team or individual
