Position: Hostess
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet restaurant guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reservation system and arrange the seating plan.
- Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
- Answer phone calls and guest inquiries regarding the restaurant.
- Assist the F&B service team to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Pleasant appearance, good communication skills, and a friendly personality.
- Able to provide excellent guest service and confidently upsell drinks or promotions.
- Having experience in a similar position.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Guest oriented mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
