Position: Hostess

Responsibilities:

• Welcome and greet restaurant guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Manage the reservation system and arrange the seating plan.
• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.
• Answer phone calls and guest inquiries regarding the restaurant.
• Assist the F&B service team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Pleasant appearance, good communication skills, and a friendly personality.
• Able to provide excellent guest service and confidently upsell drinks or promotions.
• Having experience in a similar position.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Guest oriented mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
