Position: Chef De Partie
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a specific section of the kitchen ensuring high standards of food preparation and presentation
- Supervise and train Commis and Demi Chef de Parties to ensure consistency in quality
- Manage inventory and stock rotation to minimize waste and ensure freshness of ingredients
- Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop new menu items and culinary concepts
- Ensure strict adherence to hygiene and safety standards within the kitchen section
Qualifications:
- Graduated from diploma or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar position and strong leadership skill
- Strong leadership creative and familiar with FB Product costing and operation
- Pass on SILK OJK (BI Checking)
- Great communication skills good appearance and excellent attitude
