Position: Engineering Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all operations of the Engineering department.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all building systems.
  • Manage the department’s budget, expenditures, and capital projects.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and regulatory standards.
  • Train and develop the engineering team to provide efficient service.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial engineering role within a luxury resort or similar environment.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and problem solving skills.
  • Solid knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
  • Hands on, proactive, and team oriented.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred.
  • Experience in project management and energy efficiency.
