Position: CDP
Responsibilities:
- Manage a specific section of the kitchen ensuring high quality food production
- Supervise commis and demi chefs in their daily tasks
- Monitor stock levels and minimize food waste
- Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained in the section
- Assist the Sous Chef in creating new dishes and menus
Qualifications:
- Minimum of two years of experience in the same position
- Preferably residing in Bali
- High self confidence and ability to work in a team
- Responsible and discipline with a passion for culinary arts
- Young and dynamic person with experience in luxury hotels
- Experience in using VHP system is a plus point
