Position: Account Payable / General Cashier
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify all vendor invoices for payment (Account Payable).
- Prepare vendor statement reconciliations and handle payment inquiries.
- Manage petty cash and ensure accurate records.
- Handle daily cash receipts, bank deposits, and cash reconciliation (General Cashier).
- Ensure compliance with internal financial control procedures.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an AP or GC position at a hotel.
- Educational background in Accounting or Finance.
- Meticulous, honest, and has high integrity.
- Proficient in using hotel accounting systems (e.g., VHP).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willing to be based in Yogyakarta.
