Position: Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
• Manage email and phone correspondence for the sales department.
• Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
• Coordinate group and event bookings with relevant departments.
• Maintain the client database and sales filing system.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (1 year experience or fresh graduates may be considered).
• Fluent English skills both oral & writen.
• Excellent organizational and team management skills.
• Possess strong planning skills, creative and meticulous with details.
• Developed analytical and problem solving skills.
• Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and attitude.
