Position: Sales Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team.
- Manage email and phone correspondence for the sales department.
- Prepare sales reports, proposals, and contracts.
- Coordinate group and event bookings with relevant departments.
- Maintain the client database and sales filing system.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Hospitality or Marketing.
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role (1 year experience or fresh graduates may be considered).
- Fluent English skills both oral & writen.
- Excellent organizational and team management skills.
- Possess strong planning skills, creative and meticulous with details.
- Developed analytical and problem solving skills.
- Candidate must be highly motivated and flexible with a positive spirit and attitude.
