Position: Trainee Reservation
Responsibilities:
- Learn how to use the hotel reservation system (VHP).
- Assist in entering new reservation data.
- Learn to handle basic reservation inquiries via email.
- Assist with filing and administrative tasks.
- Observe the reservation team’s workflow.
Qualifications:
- Good attitude, willing to learn, motivate, hard worker, active, energetic.
- Open for student from SMK/university or fresh graduated.
- Able to join immediately.
- Good communication skills, basic English is a plus.
- Enrolled in a relevant hospitality or tourism program.
- Able to commit to the full training period.
- Detail oriented.
