Position: Banquet Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of banquet and event operations, from setup to execution and breakdown.
• Lead, train, and schedule the banquet service team to ensure high standards of service.
• Work closely with the culinary and sales teams to ensure all event details (BEOs) are met.
• Manage banquet inventory, equipment, and cost controls.
• Handle client and guest feedback during events to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet operations management in a 5 star hotel.
• Proven experience managing high volume, large scale events and conferences.
• Strong leadership, training, and team management skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem solving abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of F&B service standards and event logistics.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
• Proficient in F&B POS and inventory systems.
