Position: F&B Team Leader – Dining Room

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the service team in the main Dining Room, ensuring adherence to Park Hyatt’s luxury standards.
• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including guest seating, reservations, and service flow.
• Train, motivate, and mentor junior F&B staff to deliver exceptional and personalized guest service.
• Handle guest inquiries and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Ensure the dining room ambiance, cleanliness, and presentation are impeccably maintained.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in an F&B supervisory role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
• Deep knowledge of fine dining service, wine, and spirits.
• Experience in the Jakarta hospitality market is an advantage.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
• A passion for delivering personalized luxury service.
• Proficient with POS and restaurant reservation systems.
