Position: Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all daily operations of the resort’s signature restaurant in Ubud.
- Train, mentor, and develop the F&B service team to meet Padma’s luxury standards.
- Oversee guest service, ensuring an exceptional dining experience aligned with Bali’s hospitality culture.
- Manage restaurant financials, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization.
- Collaborate with the culinary team on menu development and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager in a luxury hotel or fine dining venue.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent guest service and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of F&B operations, cost control, and menu development.
- Fluent in English; other languages are an advantage.
