Position: Waitress/Waiter

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests in the Day Club, Night Club, or Resort F&B outlets.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu.
• Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Prepare bills, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and setup of the service station and tables.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably in a fast paced club or luxury resort environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• A positive attitude and a strong team player.
• Ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic Canggu lifestyle destination.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage, including cocktails and wine.
• High standards of personal presentation.
• Fluent in English.
