Position: The 18th Restaurant & Lounge Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all operations of The 18th Restaurant & Lounge, Bandung’s iconic rooftop venue.
- Lead, train, and motivate the service and bar teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage F&B cost control, inventory, and financial performance of the outlet.
- Develop and execute promotional activities to drive revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all service standards, health, and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, or premium lounge/rooftop bar.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of fine dining service, cocktails, and wine.
- Passionate about hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in P&L management.
- Fluent in English.
- A dynamic and charismatic personality.
