Position: Asst. Banquet Manager
Responsibilities:
- Support the Banquet Manager in overseeing all banquet and event operations.
- Lead the banquet service team during events, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and other departments to ensure all event details are met.
- Assist in training and scheduling of banquet staff.
- Manage banquet equipment, inventory, and setup standards.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a banquet supervisory or management role in a large 5-star hotel.
- Strong operational knowledge of large-scale events, weddings, and MICE.
- Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about service excellence.
- Fluent in English.
