Position: Asst. Banquet Manager

Responsibilities:

• Support the Banquet Manager in overseeing all banquet and event operations.
• Lead the banquet service team during events, ensuring flawless execution and client satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Sales, Culinary, and other departments to ensure all event details are met.
• Assist in training and scheduling of banquet staff.
• Manage banquet equipment, inventory, and setup standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a banquet supervisory or management role in a large 5-star hotel.
• Strong operational knowledge of large-scale events, weddings, and MICE.
• Excellent leadership and team motivation skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Passionate about service excellence.
• Fluent in English.
