Position: FB Director

Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations for the entire luxury resort.
• Develop innovative dining concepts and ensure the highest standards of service and quality.
• Manage the F&B division’s budget, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.
• Recruit, train, and mentor a large, high-performing F&B team.
• Ensure all outlets and banquet operations align with Conrad’s 5-star brand standards and guest expectations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Director of F&B or FB Director, preferably in a 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and budgets.
• Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for team development.
• A creative and strategic mindset with deep knowledge of current F&B trends.
• Ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
• Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
• Fluent in English.
