Position: FB Director
Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee all Food & Beverage operations for the entire luxury resort.
- Develop innovative dining concepts and ensure the highest standards of service and quality.
- Manage the F&B division’s budget, financial forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a large, high-performing F&B team.
- Ensure all outlets and banquet operations align with Conrad’s 5-star brand standards and guest expectations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Director of F&B or FB Director, preferably in a 5-star luxury resort in Bali.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and budgets.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a passion for team development.
- A creative and strategic mindset with deep knowledge of current F&B trends.
- Ability to thrive in a diverse and inclusive workplace.
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills.
- Fluent in English.
