Position: Waitress/Waiter
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and friendly service to guests in the Day Club, Night Club, or Resort F&B outlets.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and make recommendations from the menu.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Prepare bills, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and setup of the service station and tables.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Waiter or Waitress, preferably in a fast paced club or luxury resort environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong team player.
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a dynamic Canggu lifestyle destination.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage, including cocktails and wine.
- High standards of personal presentation.
- Fluent in English.
