Position: LANGHAM SERVICE – TELEPHONE OPERATOR

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as same position in a Luxury Hotel.
• Degree in Hotel management is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good English proficiency.
• High level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation.
• Proficient in handling multi-line switchboard/telephone system.
• Pleasant voice, well groomed appearance, and positive attitude.
