Position: LANGHAM SERVICE – TELEPHONE OPERATOR
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience as same position in a Luxury Hotel.
- Degree in Hotel management is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with good English proficiency.
- High level of professionalism and a strong customer service orientation.
- Proficient in handling multi-line switchboard/telephone system.
- Pleasant voice, well groomed appearance, and positive attitude.
